Ability for users to ask questions and for the search results to suggest reports or create the report
Use Case and Business Need
Allow users to ask natural language questions, like "How many workers are there in the UK?". A list of results can contain any reports that would appear to answer the question and in addition, the system will attempt to build the report and provide that as another result.
