Use Case and Business Need

While you can schedule reports in OBI to be emailed to someone, you are unable to schedule reports to have them wait in the zone for you to pick them up. A lot of times, scheduling is used in BO Analytics to run big reports overnight and then pick them up from BO once you are ready.
