Add the Other Adjustment Reason to the Absence Subject Areas
Use Case and Business Need
Currently you can report on the Adjustment amounts in the Accrual subject area, but the "reason" assigned to the adjustment is not available. This is needed to perform audits of absences, accruals and adjustments that make up the total hours balance assigned to each employee.
