Use Case and Business Need
As it is configured today only obitenantadmin has the possibility to choose all existing formats, including html, hyperlink etc.
If an obidev (only) edits the column properties in an existing analysis he will only see the two text alternatives, and clicking ok here results in the previous formatting being overwritten. And he might not even be aware of this!
An obidev should have the same data formats available, as he has the possibility to overwrite (and potentially destroy) an analysis.
