Fetching resignation reason in which the resignation status is both in approved and not approved status

Use Case and Business Need

Hi All,

I tried to create a report which captures resignation reason. In that report it is fetching only resignation reason which is in approved status. For unapproved resignation the reason is not coming. How to fetch the reasons and what is the table name?
