Reporting historic data for UDFs.

Use Case and Business Need

I  am hoping you might be able to help me with an OBI query – I am trying to create a report on Requisition Grades that have been advertised however the fields do not seem to be pulling the information I require. 

I have tried the selections: 
Recruiting – Requisition administration – Requisition Compensation – Job Grade 
Recruiting – Flex fields - Requisition Compensation 
Recruiting – Requisition flex fields 

When I pull the attached from Requisition flex fields it seems the data is not historically correct. 

Can you please provide any guidance on how historical data can be reported on in Taleo.
