Linking and Calcuating Time to Fill across 2 Or More Requisitions in different CSW workflow

Hi All,

Please consider this future upgrade as it is very critical for our business.

Llinking 2 or more Requisitions and Calculate Time to fill across/processing time across 2 or more Requisitions (without using advanced SQL as it has many disadvantages)
for example A Candidate ID : 81979 initially applied to Requisition No: 004461B, Matched to Candidate Management Requisition No: 005222C ,and again matched and Hired to Hiring Requisition No: 005222D. 
Can we capture the Total time to fill and also processing time /Time to Fill under each Souring , Candidate Management , Hiring Requisition?
