Hability to use an XML,dat or text file from Web Content Center to cross with HCM Tables and provide results.
This functionality its really desired, because can provide to us customers the flexibility and capability to make easy interfaces without a 3rd party application, and brings and advantage over our competitors.
Use Case and Business Need
For some customers they want to Update only the employes they hire from external system with some business condition not are always the same, the system need:
- Put a XML file with the employees in WCC
- then load this employees in DataModel
- Cross This XML with Benefits Programs, Plans and Options.
- Create a .dat file with HDL format.
- Upload this HDL
All of this automatically.
They are coming from SAP they had this functionality, without purchasing any other license.
