Adding Job Alert Submission field

Description
We have logged a SR with Oracle support team. SR #SR 3-21205601391. The SR was raised as the Job Alert Submission field is missing in OBIEE. Post investigation from the support team, it was informed that We do not have a field available that reports on whether or not a candidate signed up for Job Alerts. Adding a field to track this would fall under an enhancement request.
Kindly enable/add the field so that we could track all the candidate who has registered/signup for job alert. We also need the past records on this.
Use Case and Business Need
The job alert report will help us to indentify the Candidates who have registered and this will help our Recruiters to keep a track and invite those candidates where and when necessary.

Since the field is not available to report. We do not have a track of the candidates who has registered for Job alert.
