Need an Report to get the List of ESS Jobs Submitted by Users

Description
We are facing slow performance issue as of 19D Update on Projects and AP, we were able to see multiple ESS Jobs are Scheduled and running for a long time. Hence lots of users across the globe were submitting multiple process, which we were unable to monitor from Scheduled Process Page.
Hence we are requesting for a BI Report, which can help us to get the list of ESS Jobs that are scheduled by Users. The Parameter Should be set to Process Status or Process Id.
Use Case and Business Need
This will reduce the time and manual effort required, we can run the report with parameter *(Status: Running). This will get the list of Jobs that have been scheduled by users and Running.
