Archival of ESS_REQUEST_HISTORY needed before purge
Description
Our client Titan International has a requirement to archive the records of ESS request history before purging them. Titan has more than 150 custom and seeded jobs and want to retain the request history (irrespective of status) to some alternate table. Critical programs such as program to send out EDI ASN is scheduled to run every 30 mins and the client want to retain the historical data of the runs. Currently we have a purge policy to purge ESS jobs history which are more than 60 days old.
Use Case and Business Need
Critical programs such as program to send out EDI ASN is scheduled to run every 30 mins and the client want to retain the historical data of the runs. They want to retain the history of all runs atleast for 2 year but the current purge policy deletes the records which are more than 60 days old. They want to archive the records for future reference.
