Add Pending Change Order Creation Date to Subject Area

We have noticed that most of the SCM OTBI Subject Areas has the Order Creation Date of the Orders for us to add to reports, which has being used for filtering custom Reports. However, we have a particular pending change orders report that needs to be filtered by their Creation Date and we cannot find the Order Creation Date in the list of objects available.

Use Case and Business Need

The Supply Chain Management Team needs to keep track of the pending Change Orders since some can get stuck in the process, delay deliveries putting in jeopardy the order processing.

More details

Since we cannot create reports with the pending change orders creation date for lack of availability in a OTBI subject area, I can't verify how old the pending change orders are and act on those with higher priority (the oldest ones)
