OTBI requisition analysis cannot pick up lines that go through transfer order process

We created OTBI analysis to track requisition line details. After 19D when internal requisition and transfer order process became mandatory, the same analysis can no longer pick up requisition lines that go through transfer order process, and only purchasing requisitions are captured.

An Oracel SR 3-21874906381 was created in December 2019, and recently I received a final reply that "Development determined that currently the system is not designed to bring these lines and it is working as designed".

Please enhance the OTBI subject areas to enable the analysis to pick up all the requisition lines no matter it is filled by purchase order or transfer order.

Use Case and Business Need

As described in the idea, currently OTBI requisition analysis (from Procurement - requisition real time subject area) cannot pick up any internal requisition lines that go through transfer order process. We lose the visibility of the total volume of requisitions and users cannot track their requisition details using reporting tools.
