Having a more detailed outline of each transactional process, from operational HR transactions, Manager Self Service transactions to Employee requests. would allow a more overarching view of all processes and transactions within the system. This would be hugely beneficial as a report ran through scheduled processes with a parameter of the transaction/ action or a option within the transaction console outlining volumes and other metric data. This would help aid operational models and lean processes to understanding where the system guides and resource demands need to be.

Use Case and Business Need

We are in the process of auditing our HCM Cloud processes and we would like to understand the volume of colleague transactions throughout HCM Cloud. It looks like we can report on assignment transactions fairly easily, but password reset requests are proving difficult, 

Within BPM, it only displays the previous 10 days of password notifications. (unsure whether this is a profile option setup - but historic metrics are still unavailable)

We would like the ability to report or atleast view transactional metrics within the system to aid operational and manager, employee self service processes.
