Hi,
I would like to submit ideas with regards to OBIEE Security aspects in Fusion SaaS.
1. Currently if someone deletes a BI folder, there is no way to identify who has deleted the folder and there is no way to recover the deleted folder. There should be a way to track the folder movement and also to recover the deleted folders atleast upto a certain time period.
2. While working in OBIEE, it is observed sometimes that someone inadvertently moves a BI folder to a different location probably by dragging and dropping it. This results in loss of BI permissions that were added to the folder. Also a global search needs to be performed to understand where it was moved mistakenly. To overcome this, whenever there is a folder move by dragging and dropping, a confirmation popup has to be displayed to affirm the user action.
