Cascade Dashboard Prompts are not refreshing when Limit By prompt values are changed

Cascade Dashboard prompts (created using Logical SQL) has dependency on an Independent prompt. Th values in cascade prompt are not changing when a different value selected on Indepent prompt. 

We have created an SR 3-23100580631 in this regard. But workaround provided in there are not helpful.

Use Case and Business Need

Business has a report named Commission Statement, which is referred by Sales Teams. This report has 3 dashboard prompts,

1. Business Unit 
2. Period
3. Participant - It is a SQL based cascade prompt, depends on Business Unit & Period prompts, and it displays the Participant, when selected passes value as SRP_COMP_PLAN_ID;  

SRP_COMP_PLAN_ID, is a unique relation ID of Compensation Plans assigned to Participant. There will be single Compensation Plan assigned to Participant in one Period per Business Unit.

Participant, is a name of the Sales person.

Report runs fine if the Participant selection is as per Period selection, else it end up showing inaccurate report output.

Expectation here is, when User selects Business Unit & Period, Participant prompt should refresh and list only the participants which are having active Compensation plan assigned during this period and BU. Currently, Participant prompt is not refreshing when Period/Business Unit is changed and users are ending up with inaccurate Participant prompt values for running the report. Which resulting in lot of queries from Sales Team.

Already there is an ER 26541205/26712230 raise in this regards as per the SR update.
