Hi,
While creating a report via WebService ReportService/createReport, the following error is raised when Report name exceeds 50 chars
Failure: due to Report Name exceeds maximum length of 50 chars for report
This criterion appears to be in the web service only. I can create a report (via ReportService/createReport) with a truncated name, and then update the report name via UI to over 70 chars.
Can we remove this restriction?
Use Case and Business Need
Client mandated naming conventions cannot be followed without manually updating reports.
