1. Report is executed with scope = Public
2. or you are BI Administrator
Business Case: We have multiple support teams which needs access to output of user reports executed in BI. Running report in public scope opens output for all the users. We need some mechanism in which support team is able to access output with some specific role other than BI Administrator.
