Ability to access Last Extract Date of an extract in BI Could Connector that can be used in Query Fi

Description
When a BICC extract is run, a date time stamp for the last extract date is stored.
We can view this field, reset the field, but cannot access in the Query Filter while creating an extract.
Raising an SR made us aware that the LAST EXTRACT DATE is not a repository variable and cannot be accessed in the Query Filter.
As such, if this could be made available to be used as a variable, it can help concise the required data in the extract.
Use Case and Business Need
In a case scenario where we need incremental extracts but only for those that have been created after the LAST EXTRACT.
In such a case where we do not want the records that are available before the last date of the extract run, this will be useful.
