BICC extract PVO for scmtopmodelam.Costtransactionam.Costtransactionpvo

Description
We are using data store "Fscmtopmodelam.Costtransactionam.Costtransactionpvo" in BICC for the extraction and we have found duplicate data in primary key column "DistributionLineId" in the data extraction file and also it is a must needed VO. We have raised SR on same issue with support team for the resolution and they have suggested us to use BICC PVO instead of OTBI "Fscmtopmodelam.Costtransactionam.Costtransactionpvo" PVO which we are using currently.

Kindly assist us to find either alternate attribute or alternate BICC PVO where it should not contain any duplicate/null values in the primary key attribute.
Use Case and Business Need
This PVO "Fscmtopmodelam.Costtransactionam.Costtransactionpvo" is used downstream applications. Customer wants to use this PVO but we are facing duplicate value issues in the primary key attribute, we are looking for alternate key or any alternate BICC PVO which should not contain any duplicate/null values in the primary key attribute.
