"Not Ready To Evaluate" attribute not available in OTBI subject areas

Description (Required):

We have this field "Not Ready To Evaluate" in the Performance Document's Evaluation topic (sections). Employees/managers can mark it against certain item and exclude the item from evaluation. This feature came up in 21C. Currently it is displayed in the seeded Performance document Print report and is also available in BI Tables "HRA_EVAL_ITEMS" --> NOT_RATED_FLAG and NOT_RATED_FLAG_UPDATED_BYNUMBER flag, but it is not found in the OTBI subject areas.

We request Oracle to please include it in the relevant subject area in coming release updates, preferably in 22C.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

We want to utilize this 21C feature of "Automated Sync of Goals to Performance documents". Our reporting is mostly based on the OTBI analysis, hence it is mandatory to have this "Not ready to evaluate" attribute included in the Workforce performance subject areas, if attribute is not made available in reporting side, then it becomes challenging to adapt this feature.
