Add delivery method for BIP reports to OCI storage container

Description (Required):There is a great demand of ERP data by downstream applications. When this data is based on custom requirements (i.e. APIs / SOAP services) are not fit for purpose and/or the datasets are large in size, then it would be beneficial to send the reports (or data files) directly to an OIC storage container. Currently only UCM or FTP are available from BIP. Within BICC it is possible to send to a storage container in OCI, but BICC extracts dont allow you to base your requirements on custom business requirements.
Use Case and Business Need (Required):Using middleware to invoke BIP for the purposes of data required in downstream applications contradicts integration principles when the data volume exceed the boundaries of OIC. (or other integration platforms).
