Connecting to Microsoft Azure Storage SFTP from Oracle BI Publisher

Description (Required):

I am getting below error while trying to create new SFTP connection to connect to MS Azure Storage SFTP from Oracle fusion BI publisher administration.

Error: Could not establish connection. oracle.xdo.delivery.ssh2.SshException: Timeout waiting for response from server.

I am able to connect to this server from WinSCP with no issues.

FYI, Created SR# 3-29253091671 (is closed now) and 3-29999166351 in the past for issue related to Microsoft Azure SFTP and Oracle fusion BI Publisher connectivity.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

 Export the Oracle data directly to SFTP in Azure and bypass MFT.
