Consolidated Error Log File for BIP Report with Bursting as FTP and Mail as delivery channels

Description (Required):
Please note, we have the BI Reports where the output of the reports will create the files in FTP Server and also sent email for each employee using FTP/EMAIL bursting. We need to have consolidated Report Log as we can't use BIP job history check for individual, but this will not help us as we have to manually go and check if each letter is generated or failed as the number of letters will be around 30-40k. Also note we cannot see the Consolidated Output Option in the Job History Page as it is showing disable for us.
Clients were asking for alternate solution as they have to know which letter is generated and which is failed.
