Description (Required):I want you to solve the problem that the explain plan cannot be obtained due to the following document restrictions.
Could Not Generate Explain Plan for XLA Tables (Doc ID 2704967.1)
Use Case and Business Need (Required):If a major problem occurs in the performance of the BIP form required for closing process, an explain plan is indispensable for tuning. In the past, when I could not obtain the explain plan by myself, the monthly closing process stopped for about a week.
