Report on the "After the approval process, assign to" field for requisition and offer approvals

Description (Required):

In OBIEE, it would be beneficial to report on the "after the approval process, assign to" field to build reports based on requisition and offer approvals in progress, grouped by the user who is assigned after the approval is fully approved.

The field defaults to the Recruiter Assistant, but the user is able to adjust the user. In cases where the "assign to" field is adjusted, we can't simply report on Recruiter Assistant.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

• build reports based on active approval processes, grouped by the user assigned once the process is fully approved.
• audit approvals in progress and know who is the responsible user assigned once fully approved.
