OTBI - Load Criteria for specific population

Description (Required):
To my knowledge this functionality does not currently exist and there is not a service request submitted but I am looking to gain insight/gauge feasibility.
Add the ability to load Person ID's from a list. Instead of searching/manually selecting/ clicking (below). If I am looking to run large reports on specific Person IDs with no like criteria. If I have a list of 500 Person ID's, I can load this list, run the data only for those listed, and review/export the data faster.
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
Ability to run reports on specific sets of ids from end user uploaded list instead of filtering through extract as this takes a lot of time/freezes based on the number of columns/fields you are reporting on.
