Excel Plugin Oracle Smart View hangs on Data load

We have recently installed Oracle Smart View add-in to MS Excel and when using "Insert" option to bring in an OBIEE Presentation report into Excel, it hangs forever. I have modified the HKEYs and added DWORD key values, ReceiveTimeout, KeepAliveTimeout, and ServerInfoTimeout and also I have added the Smart View directory to Excel's Trust Center. Following are the details of the versions

Oracle Smart View (11.1.2.5.810 - Build 149)

MS Excel (2016 MSO - 16.0.8431.2110 - 32 Bit)

OBIEE (12.2.1.3)
