Hi guys,

I'm using BI Publisher 12.2.1.1 and I created a report directly from the data model in BIP. There are two parameters, p_start_date and p_end_date, used for the report. When generating the report in BIP as CSV with some supplied param values, it adds the param names to the header and the param values repeat for every row of output. I don't want the parameters to show at all in the output and I'm not sure why they would by default! I unselected the "show" checkbox in the Parameters dialog when editing the report as well but it did not fix the issue.

Any ideas?

Here's a way to exclude the params from the report:

Under the data model, there's a Properties link. Within Properties, there's a "Include Parameter Tags" option under XML Output Options. Deselecting this will remove the params from the report.

The solution that Wpateracki has suggested is for BI Publisher Report.

What issue are you facing? Is it related with OTBI Analysis? if Yes, please raise it in a new thread with all the required info so that someone can assist you.
