Issue related to report job history screen on BI Publisher/XML publisher on 12c

hello all,
I am using OBIEE version - 12.2.1.4.0 on Prod and DEV environment.
On the Report job history screen, when I click on the job name, I am getting error on Prod whereas the same is working on Dev.
Oracle recommended patch for the same but when both environment have same version of OBI, ideally this issue should not occur.
Attaching details in file from both the environments. There should be some parameter or configuration difference which may be causing this issue, in case any one has any pointers please let me know.
