I am using OBIEE version 12.2.1.4.0.
When the analysis on dashboard go into long run, user generally cancel the analysis from dashboard cancel option.
The reports does get cancelled from UI but in the Administration tab the status of the report is shown as "Cancelling" and these session remain there until the Application/Presentation server is bounced. Is there any other solution to this issue? Please let me know, thanks in advance.
