<?start:body?> tag issue

Good morning gents, hope you´re all fine,
I wounder if anyone had similar issue (i found nothing in community).
I am having error when adding the tag <?start:body?> in my rtf template.
I had used it before many times, and for whatever reason (which i would like to know) sometimes it giver error when previewing the bip report in msword.
This led me to recreate the rtf template again, from scratch, and pray so that it works that time.
I attach a sample.xml and the 2 rtf templates (one ok, the other not really - although they are the same for me) so you can tell me you´re findings about.
