OAS Installation and Experiences
Hello,
I am wondering if anyone can share experiences regarding OAS Installation. What type of server - (windows/Linux) you have installed the OAS application, how did the installation go, and if everything works properly after installation.
We are currently on OBIEE 12.2.1.4.0, and we are not ready for the cloud solution, so we want to first upgrade to OAS on-premise. Just want to know the installation and usage experiences if anyone can share.

Both OS variants and no issues on either.
Typical problem is rather the usual "using the wrong directory structure an hence destroying your own instance with regards to in-place upgrading in the future"

Which OS on windows did you use to install? Windows 2019?

16 and 19 both but I'd suggest 19.
