Trying to find if there's an option for refreshing other parameters with Date type Prompt

Hello Gurus,
We've a requirement in BI Publisher that has 5 Prompts. One of them is DATE and the remaining use SQL for LOV. We are doing cascading for 3/5 prompts. The cascading or inter dependency is on the first two prompts - One with SQL and other is DATE.
So when the users change either of them then the remaining parameters should reflect the change. Right now, the prompt with SQL - MENU TYPE is only doing the refresh of other prompts when changed as we are able to do that with the option provided in the BIP.
We're looking the same feature for the date as well.
Any help would be much appreciated.
