Dynamic Hyperlinking within a BI Publisher RTF Template

I am creating an RTF template which contains the master report and detailed report.
The Master report (page 1 ) contains the list of all order numbers.
The Detailed report (succeeding pages) should contain 1 order number per page.
The requirement is that when the order number is clicked from the Master report, it will be directed to whichever page it's corresponding order number is located.
So far I have seen this:
But in this template linking, it is not dynamic.
I am looking for a way to have this dynamically.
