BIP Template Builder Installer failed: Word is running

Hello,

Need to reinstall BIP Desktop 10.1.3.4.2 on a new laptop running

Windows 10 Enterprise Version 20H2 build 19042.1466

Word for Microsoft 365 MSO (16.0.14326.20702) 32-bit

Did this many times before with older versions of Windows and Office, so I know that all the Office apps have to be closed, and they are closed.

Still getting the error:

Template Builder Installer failed: Cannot run installer while Microsoft Word is running.

What can it be?
