Having nested criteria or pairing fields within your filters
Summary
Missing candidates that have multiple hires in the time frame
Content
Having a hard time correcting the current filters that limit the output to the most recent 'Job Offer Created Date' by 'Candidate ID' or the most recent 'Job Offer Created Date' by 'Req ID' (both through the rank function).
/>
It is eliminating candidates that were hired multiple times within the time frame being pulled that do not fit that it was their most recent hire or the req's most recent hire. My initial thought is that if I can pair the two fields as one objective then I shouldn't need the itemized ranking criteria.
Not the correct format but trying to do the following:
Expression:
rank("Submission Dates"."Offer Created Date" by "Candidate Identification"."Candidate Identifier" by "Requisition Identification"."Requisition Identifier")
and then have = 1 on the filter side
Any assistance is more than appreciated.
Thanks,
Cassie Kurth
