Mouse over text / tooltip not working as expected after upgrading OAS 5.5 to 6.4

Hi,

After upgrading OAS 5.5 to 6.4 (in-place), we're seeing dashboard formatting issues -

1) Mouse over / tooltip text is not displaying properly, its getting displayed as a text in report. After referring few MOS / google , tried to set HardenXSS in instanceconfig.xml, however its not working, had to remove it and start obips.

Getting error while starting obips - no declaration found for element 'HardenXSS'

element 'HardenXSS' is not allowed for content model

2) How to set alignment for titles in dashboard report?

instanceconfig.xml was compared with 5.5 backup file, couldn't find any difference. How we can fix this.
