Using Fusion version 7 and the fields phone number and phone type do not feature in subject area - Workforce Management - Person Real Time. Any idea where they will be held?

Hello Pat,

These attributes are not available in R10. 

Below Enhancement Request has been logged to address this issue:

 Bug 18427893 - NEED TO REPORT WORKER CONTACT PHONE, ADDRESS AND NATIONAL ID
Based on the information from the above ER, the Person Contact Attributes are available from Release 11 and above.

we can go for BIP report by writing SQL query.
