Below Enhancement Request has been logged to address this issue: Bug 18427893 - NEED TO REPORT WORKER CONTACT PHONE, ADDRESS AND NATIONAL ID Based on the information from the above ER, the Person Contact Attributes are available from Release 11 and above.
we can go for BIP report by writing SQL query.
