Report that shows Agents and BI Schedules
Summary
Report that shows Agents and BI Schedules
Content
We have multiple scheduled BI reports and Agents and we need a way to shift through them all.
I know the BI scheduled reports can be lookup through the Catalog, but we would like to export them for archive purposes.
Also, there is no way to see all of the Agents
Does anyone have any reports built that they could share or can anyone point me to the tables so I can build our own?
Thanks!

Hi,
Everything the BI server does (including the scheduling of agents) is a web service.
You can access these services using for instance SOAP-UI.
Please review the documentation about the web services available.
I know that one of them lists the currently running agents.
You can also easily review them using the client tool Job Manager.
Kind regards
Rick

Thanks Rick - that helped get me going!
I found this Oracle knowledge doc:
Available Public Webservices in Fusion Applications (Doc ID 2086077.1)
https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?id=2086077.1And a get step by step guide:
However, I am having trouble getting to the data through the Webservice Data Model - are there any guides on that? Or any examples?

I don't know this, but don't hesitate to inquire with Oracle Support. That's how I got this insight some time ago as well.
