How can we download BI Report in pdf format from download link. Presently it is coming only in html format even though setting in BI layout is set to pdf

I don't recognise the screenshot where is this from is it the dashboard download link, download from the PDF display window ?

Attaching the screenshot again. You can see the option in the output file. These are the current options coming there

1. Rotate Clockwise

2. Downlod

3. Print

Rotate Clockwise and Print are working fine. For the download option it is allowing to save the output only in html format and not pdf

I think it is not an application issue. It should be with some setting in your laptop/desktop.

Can you try this.. Click on the settings icon above the print option and click on export to pdf..
