Dynamic date variables using 'Between' calendar date prompt

Summary
How do I set dynamic, default server variables on a calendar date that uses 'between' dates?
Content
Hello,
I want to set a default date value on my dashboard date prompt. I know there are many options for BI variables to use. I have the documentation and have already looked through: 'REL11_Oracles_Sales_Cloud_BI_Variables_03-Aug-2016.pdf' Oracle doc. I am looking for a way to set my dates to default for a "Between" calendar date 14 days back and to present day. Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Stephanie

You need access to the RPD to set variables system-wide (server variables) - not sure how OTBI would allow you to do that.
