Where to change file format to UTF-8

Hi everybody,

I try to find a way to have extracts done by OTBI agents in the UTF-8 encoding format by default. Currently it is UCS-2 LE BOM. I thought that it might be a setting within OTBI administration, but there is none. Does anybody know how to do this? We need all extracted (CSV)Files in UTF-8 in order to extract data towrads our DWH.

Just for everyone in a same situation to know:

 

Changing file format to UTF-8 via agent is not possible in OTBI.
