How can I remove this access? I am able to remove from New using Manager Privileges.

We can restrict through Security Roles, Human Capital specialist Role in that we have to remove particular privileges.

Hi Misbahul,
just grant user BI consumer role where the user can go for read only access and he cannot create or edit or delete any new or existing reports

You can see the list of privileges in OBIEE navigating to Administration > Manage Privlieges. This gives you an idea of what you can enable/disable rather than removing privileges per role
