Hi,
What do you mean by BI Publisher Administrator Console? If you are referring to BI Administration page, you only have access to it if you have BI Administrator role? Do you have this role? If so, and you have added it, have you synchronized the roles? You need to run Retrieve LDAP, Send LDAP and Import User and Roles processes after assigning a role to a user.

Hi
I am trying to create a data replication between my fusion saas and OAC. For the same, I need the cloud storage connection details with SaaS as my source.
Looking to create the same via bi cloud connector tool. Added the below roles to my user. However not able to navigate to the BI cloud connector console from the Fusion application or it does not show any options.
- EssAdmin
- ORA_ASM_APPLICATION_IMPLEMENTATION_ADMIN_ABSTRACT
-
If you have run above processes, then you just need to type in the URL. You will not have any option to navigate in using the Navigator.
Normal format is: https://abcd-dev1.bi.us2.oraclecloud.com/biacm

I got the service console url, however it shows access denied, and the version we are using is 19 b. Any specific reason why no access irrespective of the roles added

Have you run the mentioned processes in Schedule Processes page? If not, do that and re-test.

Yea i did, attaching a screenshot here, trying to get the right service name and container

What is the actual error returned for this? Please share a print screen

I think you should open a new SR for this. Do check BICC Configuring External Storage With The Container List Errors - Invalid Connection for External Storage (Doc ID 2527425.1)

I created a connection between OAC and BI publisher via <oraclefusion url>analytics and the BI administrator crednetials
Now am able to see all the subject areas in Fusion in OAC and also able to create the reports.
However am not able to see the custom dm and rpt i created under Shared folders. Is this a perimssion issue on the individual dms and rpts. Currently there is no owner for these reports
please advice.
