Deails of Scheduled Report Jobs
Hi Experts,
I would like to know is there any seeded report to pull the complete details of scheduled report jobs in BI or is there any other way to get those details.
Regards,
Charan Teja.
You can use the Oracle BI Scheduler Job Manager - https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/1221/biee/BIESJ/schedjobmgr.htm#BIESJ1453
This will give you a list of the jobs in a Windows Interface.
Alternatively, you can get the job list from the Oracle BI Scheduler job tables which you can find in the BIPLATFORM RCU schema.
Hi Joel,
Thanks for your quick response. Could you please let me know how to access the tables that you mentioned. I am trying to pull the data from those tables but unable to access the tables in data model.
Charan.
It isn’t clear if you have OAC, OAS, OBIEE or OTBI. Do you have database access to the RCU schemas?
We are using BI Publisher Reports in fusion. I am not aware of RCU schema.
could you please let me know how to get access for RCU schema.
BI Publisher reports are completely different from OAC/OAS/OBIEE analyses.

Alternatively, look at this Support Document for details of tables that hold the BI Publisher reports details: https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/community/oracle_e-business_suite/4117288.html
Charan
Fusion does not have access to the scheduler tables.
Noelle
Hi Noelle,
I am able to access the below tables which brings the report job history details.
fusion_ora_ess.request_property rpu ,fusion_ora_ess.request_history rh ,fusion_ora_ess.request_property rpj
I am not sure about the tables which pull the report job details.
These are with respect to the ESS Scheduled Jobs. What if the job invokes the XML based report. That is linked with the BI Platform Scheduled Job and which I understand requires BIP Jobs schema. It at present is not shared from Oracle but will be the best thing if it had been as it would cater to many of the reporting needs.
