NUX Mobile browser or app view report and action button is not working post running the report

After running reports from mobile browser or HCM Cloud app view report and action buttons are not working, not able to navigate to next page of the report its showing blank where report are in interactive mode, for reports which output is excel or pdf are getting downloaded but not able to open them.

    Yes, also I faced the same problem.

    Hi Gadigeppa,

    Did you test with other browsers? Is this issue happening only on this browser?

    Are you accessing the report via the .../analytics or .../xmlpserver link?

    Did you try and provide some values to the report parameters and check again the results? Are you facing the same issue?

    Hi Robert,

    The main concern is for HCM Cloud Android/IOS application. When we are trying to run the report from the application the report with excel format are getting downloaded but not able to open them.Its giving an error like format is not valid. Also the icons shown in screenshot are not working.

    Accessing reports via /analytics. yes proper parameter values are passed to the report.
