OTBI Payable invoices - Accounting user name

What is the field name in OTBI which give me the user name for the person who postd the invoice to Ledger?

It should be the CREATED_BY field from the GL_JE_HEADERS or GL_JE_LINES table depending on the level you are looking for,

In OTBI it is under the subject area Payables Invoices - Transactions Real Time>Ledger Created By.
It could also be under the Invoice Details >Invoice Approval Information.
