Need to find Proficiency Level in Workforce Performance - Performance Rating Real Time

Summary:
We are in the process of implementing Competency Assessments and are building out some reports in our test environment. We were able to find Target Proficiency Level and employee and manager comments, but not the self-rating from the employee or the manager rating for the competency assessments. Any help is appreciated!
